We’re Hiring: Founding Sales Associate
Elder care is a massive problem. We’re building the solution.
At Elda, we’re making quality care for seniors more accessible, personal, and dependable — right at home.
In just 4 weeks, we’ve gone from 0 to 100+ families served, and we’re building towards doubling (and potentially tripling) that number every month.
Now, we’re looking for Founding Sales Ninjas to help us build the sales engine that gets us there.
What you’ll do
This isn’t a “just follow the process” sales role.
You’ll be one of the early people shaping how Elda sells, grows, and takes care of its customers.
→ Talk to families — understand their needs, answer questions, and build trust through meaningful conversations
→ Own the sales journey — from the first call and qualification to follow-ups, conversion, and onboarding
→ Manage bookings — coordinate and confirm care visits, ensure the right service is booked, and keep families updated
→ Own CRM hygiene — maintain accurate customer information, call notes, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and next actions
→ Drive customer experience — make sure every interaction with Elda feels responsive, thoughtful, and dependable
→ Follow through — stay on top of customer requests, coordinate internally, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
→ Improve the sales process — identify what's working, what's broken, and experiment with better ways to convert and retain families
→ Work directly with the founders — contribute to building the sales playbook, processes, and systems from the ground up
What you’ll get
⚡ Founding-team exposure
Work directly with the founders. Your work won’t disappear into layers of management.
? Real ownership
If you see something broken, you’ll have the freedom to fix it.
? Learn ridiculously rapid
Sales, customer psychology, CRM, customer experience, operations, and startups — you’ll get a front-row seat to all of it.
❤️ Work on something that matters
