Role Description The Wellness Sales Apprenticeship is a full time remote role designed for individuals interested in building a career in wellness-focused sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging potential customers via phone, email, and online channels, understanding their wellness goals, and recommending suitable steam, sauna, and jacuzzi solutions. The apprentice will support senior sales staff with lead follow-up, appointment setting, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM tools.



The role also involves learning Relaxora’s product range, staying informed about wellness trends, and contributing to a positive, consultative customer experience. Under guidance, the apprentice will progressively take ownership of the sales cycle from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
