MSR Assessment Private Limited is looking for an experienced Company Registration & ROC Compliance Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata.

? SALARY: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 PER MONTH
(Based on experience, skills & performance)

? Key Responsibilities
• Handle Company Registration, LLP, OPC & Pvt. Ltd. Registration
• Manage ROC / MCA Filings & Compliance
• Work efficiently on the MCA Portal
• Prepare and maintain Corporate & Legal Documents
• Handle incorporation, amendments & annual compliance
• Coordinate with clients for required documents
• Ensure timely completion of compliance assignments
• Maintain proper records and follow compliance timelines

? Required Skills & Experience
✅ Hands-on experience in Company Registration
✅ Strong knowledge of ROC / MCA Filing
✅ Practical experience with MCA Portal
✅ Knowledge of Corporate & Legal Compliance
✅ Experience in LLP / Pvt. Ltd.



/ OPC Registration
✅ Valuable documentation & client coordination skills
✅ Ability to independently handle compliance assignments
