Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) or Duty Doctors based in Gurugram.



The role involves providing round-the-clock medical coverage for inpatients, including admission assessments, daily clinical rounds, monitoring vital signs, managing acute medical and psychiatric emergencies, and ensuring continuity of care. RMOs or Duty Doctors will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to implement treatment plans, adjust medications as directed, and document clinical progress accurately in medical records. Responsibilities include coordinating diagnostic investigations, supervising basic clinical procedures, communicating with families about patient status, and supporting discharge planning and follow-up recommendations. The role also requires adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and ethical standards while contributing to a safe, therapeutic workplace for patients.
