Reports to: Director of Household Stability and Transitional Living

Position Description

This full-time, benefited position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Household Stability program. This includes providing compassionate, dignified, and effective assistance to individuals and families in crisis, consistent with Catholic social teaching. The Manager supervises program employees and volunteers, oversees case management and disaster line activities, develops and maintains relationships with community partners, assists with program budget management, and ensures compliance with all applicable funding and program requirements.

The Manager will also assist the Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining a centralized case management program throughout Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma (CCEOK). This position will help establish consistent case management practices, processes, documentation, referral systems, and standards across programs to promote continuity of care and effective client outcomes.





The Manager will provide leadership and oversight for volunteer engagement within the Household Stability program, including recruiting, training, developing, supervising, and retaining volunteers serving as case workers and in other program roles.

The Household Stability program provides holistic care that helps individuals and families achieve stability, resilience, and long-term thriving.

Ministerial

As a ministerial representative of CCEOK, maintain professional and personal conduct that aligns with the ethical and moral standards of the Catholic Church
Pray daily for the needs of the poor through personal prayer, daily Mass, and/or adoration
Be willing to learn and apply Catholic teaching in this role
