Role Description This full-time Financial Advisor role is based in Madurai in a hybrid work model, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.



The Financial Advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend appropriate life insurance, investment, retirement, and protection solutions from SBI Life’s product suite. Daily tasks include conducting financial needs assessments, preparing proposals and illustrations, explaining product features and benefits in clear terms, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance in all advisory activities. The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, monitoring policy performance, assisting with renewals and upgrades, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service support. The Financial Advisor will also participate in local business development activities, such as networking events and customer outreach, to grow the client base in the Madurai region.
