Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in LB Nagar. This role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the LB Nagar region through various sales and networking activities.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
* Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, loans, insurance, and banking solutions.
* Develop and implement personalized financial plans and strategies for clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.




* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in financial regulations.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
