The Role
We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly On-Camera Content Creator who can become the face of Propteliio across social media platforms.
If you can speak naturally on camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and turn a property topic into engaging content — we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Be the on-camera face of Propteliio across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, videos, property tours, and social media content.
Present real estate projects, property insights, market updates, and lifestyle content in an engaging manner.
Research trending content formats, topics, sounds,



and social media trends.
Develop creative hooks, scripts, and content ideas that increase views and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create relevant real estate content.
Participate in property shoots, site visits, events, interviews, and brand campaigns.
Assist with basic video editing, captions, thumbnails, and content optimisation where required.
Maintain consistency in Propteliio’s tone, image, and brand communication.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
Natural personality with strong storytelling ability.
Positive command of English; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is an advantage.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends.
Ability to think quickly and improvise while shooting.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro
