As a B2B Content Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for researching, creating, and managing high-quality content across LinkedIn, blogs, and other marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who can research deeply, write clearly, understand business audiences, and turn ideas into content that people actually want to read.

What You'll Do -
Content Research & Creation
Research topics around B2B marketing, sales, SaaS, lead generation, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
Create engaging, insight-driven content for LinkedIn, blogs, and other marketing channels.
Turn ideas, briefs, and research into clear, valuable, and audience-focused content.
Write strong hooks, posts,



and marketing copy that drive engagement and business impact.
LinkedIn & Thought Leadership
Create LinkedIn content for LeadRoad and its leadership team.
Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, formats, and audience behaviour.
Develop content that builds brand visibility, authority, engagement, and lead generation.
Research industry leaders, competitors, and trending content to identify what works.
Reels & Video Content
Create short-form video and reel content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Convert ideas and content topics into engaging short-form videos.
Handle basic video editing, including cuts, captions, transitions, text overlays, and audio.
Experiment with different video formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to improve engagement.
Content Strategy & Performance
Support content calendars, themes, and campaign planning.
Track content performance across relevant channels.
Analyse reach, engagement, clicks, and other
