ROLE: TEAM LEAD – GL / R2R
We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Finance Team Lead with strong GL/R2R, general accounting, team handling, financial reporting, and stakeholder management experience.
MANDATORY SKILLS
• 8+ years of Accounting & Financial Services experience
• Team handling experience – Mandatory
• GL / R2R & General Accounting
• Month-end, quarterly & year-end close
• Financial reporting & reconciliation
• Accounting discrepancy resolution
• Team performance management
• Coaching, mentoring & training
• Client & stakeholder handling
• Process improvement




• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles & applications
• Accounting degree or equivalent
Transition experience is preferred, not mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure timely & accurate financial reporting
• Drive month/quarter/year-end close activities
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Manage team performance and training needs
• Build robust client/stakeholder relationships
• Drive process improvements
• Support transition activities and documentation
• Participate in hiring/interview processes for new teams
