Role Description
This is a full time role for a Business Development Representative at LeadRoad. The person in this role will prospect and qualify potential B2B SaaS and service clients through cold email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

Work Details:
Position: Business Development Representative
Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Nagpur)
Time: [9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]

What You’ll Do:
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our clients’ sales teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a strong sales pipeline.




Support overall business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for email, call, and LinkedIn outreach.
Educational background in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing outreach and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
Demonstrated Lead Generation and Business Development skills, particularly in B2B environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic LinkedIn prospecting techniques.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or services sales is preferred but not required.
Ability to analyze outreach data, learn from feedback, and continuously improve performance.
