We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level MEP Design Engineer to join our design team. The candidate will assist senior engineers in the design, coordination, and preparation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) services for commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and preparation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Prepare basic MEP layouts, schematics, and design drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support in load calculations, equipment selection, and preparation of technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior design
Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, including layouts, sections, details, and schematics.
Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
Participate in clash detection and coordination between various MEP services.
Attend internal coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
Conduct site visits when required to understand site conditions and verify execution against drawings.




Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, calculations, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with vendors for technical information and product details.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Basic understanding of MEP systems and building services.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting design principles.
Familiarity with MS Excel and other basic engineering tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in MEP design.
Robust interest in corporate fit-out projects
Willingness to learn design standards, codes, and industry practices.
Ability to work on multiple projects under the guidance of a senior engineer.
