We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions across our organization. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that power our document management and business automation workflows.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform (CE, PE, ICN, ICM, BAW).
• Proven experience leading FileNet migrations, upgrades, and workplace promotions using FDM.
• Strong understanding of ECM concepts:



object stores, document classes, metadata, lifecycle policies, and security.
• Experience with IBM Case Manager / ICM case design, solution deployment, and customization.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for FileNet API integrations and customizations.
• Familiarity with IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) process design and deployment.
• Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server) as they relate to FileNet.
• Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory integration with FileNet security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure production incidents.
