Role Description The UK Voice Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The associate will handle inbound and outbound voice-based interactions with customers in the UK, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely resolution of queries. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls, providing accurate information,



processing service requests, and documenting interactions in the system. The role involves following established processes, meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and collaborating with team members and supervisors. The associate will also provide feedback on recurring issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a courteous, customer-focused approach at all times.
