Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Representative.
In this role, you will:
Support end-to-end commercial loan closing activities for moderately complex to complex loan transactions.
Review, prepare, and validate loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, lenders, and customers to facilitate timely loan closings.
Identify and resolve documentation gaps, closing conditions, and operational issues impacting the loan funding process.
Review and negotiate loan documentation, assess associated risks, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Utilize Loan IQ and other banking systems to manage loan servicing, booking, funding, and post-closing activities.
Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency within the loan closing and servicing functions.
Escalate complex issues and exceptions to appropriate stakeholders while ensuring service level commitments are met.
Required Qualifications:




2+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations, Loan Servicing, Commercial Loan Closing, or Syndicated Loan Operations.
Hands-on experience with Loan IQ and commercial lending processes.
Solid understanding of loan documentation, funding processes, covenant monitoring, and servicing activities.
Experience working with syndicated, bilateral, or commercial loan products.
Ability to review and interpret legal and financial documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
