Role Description The Purchase Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruvalla, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for materials, components,



and services required for MV and LV manufacturing operations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements. The role involves monitoring delivery schedules, coordinating with stores and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials, and resolving any discrepancies related to quality, quantity, or documentation. The Purchase Officer will maintain accurate procurement records, support cost optimization initiatives, ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and finance departments to support smooth manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in vendor management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation for technical materials and services.
Proficiency in purchase order processing
