The Elite Banker-Household-Outbound role is a critical position within our
Branch Banking-Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for
developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals
and their families, offering tailored financial solutions and exceptional
service. This role requires a proactive and sales-oriented approach, with a
focus on outbound client engagement and business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build and manage a portfolio of high-value household clients, understanding
their financial needs and goals.
* Proactively reach out to potential clients through various outbound sales
channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Develop and present customized financial solutions, investment strategies,
and banking products to meet client requirements.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market
trends, investment performance, and current product offerings.
* Collaborate with other relationship managers and specialists to deliver a
holistic banking experience to clients.




* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide advice on wealth
management, investment planning, and estate planning.
* Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory
changes to offer relevant and compliant financial solutions.
* Attend networking events, seminars, and client appreciation functions to
enhance client relationships and expand the network.
* Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while
managing client accounts.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth
of the branch and the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is
preferred.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private
banking, preferably with a focus on household clients.
* Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of
