About the Role
Fitastic Digital Media is looking for 4 Video Editing Interns to join our team in Pune.
You’ll work primarily on long-form YouTube videos in the sports niche, particularly Golf and the NFL.
This is a hands-on internship where you'll work on real projects and learn how to turn scripts and voiceovers into engaging videos through pacing, storytelling, B-roll selection, and visual flow.
What You'll Do
Edit long-form YouTube videos
Find relevant B-roll, sports footage, images, and visual assets
Improve the pacing and overall flow of videos
Match visuals effectively with scripts and voiceovers
Work primarily on Golf and NFL content




Make revisions based on feedback
Follow and improve upon our existing editing style
Work closely with the team and learn our production workflow
Who We're Looking For
You should have a basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling, a good eye for choosing relevant footage, and a willingness to learn and improve quickly.
Previous professional experience is not required if you have strong editing fundamentals and are willing to learn.
You must be available for a full time, in-office internship in Pune.
Selected interns will receive an Internship Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
