RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans for smelting operations
Coordinating with operation teams to align execution with business/rolling plans
Monitoring actual vs planned production and analyzing deviations Plan
requirement of concentrates, fluxes, process consumables etc and ensuring their
availability using SAP tools etc. Coordinating with procurement and stores for
timely availability Tracking KPIs such as throughput, recovery, fuels
consumptions and downtimes. Generating MIS reports, dash boards, operations
review ppts, dash boards for management review. Monitoring stock levels of raw
materials, WIP, FG and coordinating monthly physical verifications. Coordinating
with operations and maintenance teams for planned shutdowns Ensure planning
aligns with safety procedures and statutory norms.

QUALIFICATIONS

* BE/Btech in Chemical/Metallurgical
* Over 3 years of experience in planning or production coordination roles
preferred., exposure to smelting operations of non ferrous is an advantage.
* Familiarity with production planning tools and SAP




* Effective communication and reporting skills
* Solid data analysis and ability to interpret process parameters
