Role Description The Caller role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, providing information about training programs, fees, schedules, and certification pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call logs and student databases, following up on inquiries and leads, and guiding callers through registration and admission processes.



The Caller will coordinate with the training and admissions teams to ensure accurate communication, address basic queries, and escalate complex questions when needed. The role also involves sharing updates on new batches, promotional offers, and events, while delivering courteous, professional, and clear communication at all times.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone presence.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call-tracking systems.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries patiently and professionally.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage high call volumes, follow-up schedules, and data entry accurately.
Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or admissions counseling is an advantage.
