Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Aravalli district. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region,



including market mapping, lead generation, and building a robust sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will manage key customer accounts, strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners, and promote Nuvoco’s portfolio of cement, RMX, and modern building materials. Responsibilities include conducting regular client visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting closure of deals to achieve sales and revenue targets. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and providing feedback to support pricing, product positioning, and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Business growth and customer development skills, including Recent Business Development and Account Management.
