Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Leadership role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Leader will oversee sales strategy and execution,



guide sales teams in achieving revenue and growth targets, and align sales initiatives with client-specific growth challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales professionals, conducting sales training and performance reviews, and supporting market expansion initiatives with actionable insights. The role involves collaborating closely with consulting principals and client stakeholders, improving sales processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement. The Sales Leader will also contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes.
