About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & AEO Expert who can build and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy across Google Search and emerging AI/Answer Engines.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, Keyword Research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Schema Markup, and AEO.
You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, increasing qualified traffic, capturing featured snippets, and optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other answer engines.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and SERP analysis.
Identify high-value commercial, informational, transactional,



and long-tail keywords.
Build and manage SEO roadmaps for multiple pages, categories, blogs, landing pages, and content clusters.
Monitor organic rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.

2. Technical SEO
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify website issues.
Optimize:
Website architecture
Crawlability & indexability
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt
Canonicalization
Redirects
Internal linking
URL structures
Core Web Vitals
Page speed
Mobile usability
Identify and resolve duplicate, thin, orphan, and cannibalized content.
Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.

3. On-Page & Content SEO
Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, internal links, and content structure.
Develop topic clusters and pillar-page strategies.
Create detailed SEO content briefs for writers.
Optimize existing content based on search intent and SERP
