About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), social media strategy, content planning, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate should be capable of independently managing social media accounts and executing campaigns that contribute to brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies based on brand and business objectives.
Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.




Plan and manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to develop engaging social media content.
Create, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop effective audience targeting strategies, including interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences.
Monitor key advertising metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results and control advertising costs.
Manage social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour to identify new marketing opportunities.
Identify relevant trends, content formats, hashtags, and topics to improve org
