We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our Agra branch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the Agra branch.
Drive admissions, sales, revenue, and business growth for the branch.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales/counselling team.
Set monthly targets and ensure achievement of admission and revenue goals.
Handle student counselling and support the team in converting leads into admissions.
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
Develop local marketing and business development strategies to increase branch visibility.
Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and other local organizations for partnerships and lead generation.




Ensure excellent student experience and maintain strong relationships with existing students.
Track branch performance through regular reports and MIS.
Handle staff performance, attendance, training, and team discipline.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities in the Agra region.
Coordinate with the central management team for branch-level requirements and strategies.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, business development, education, training, or EdTech.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversions.
Ability to analyze sales reports and take data-driven decisions.
Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates with experience in the education/training industry
