About the company
PropDeploy builds white-label mobile apps for real estate developers. Homebuyers get a branded app to track their booking, payment schedule, documents, and construction progress — instead of chasing the sales team on WhatsApp. The product is live with a paying developer client in NCR.

Role summary
You generate and qualify meetings with real estate developers in NCR. You do not close deals — the founder runs demos and negotiation. Your job ends when a decision-maker is sitting on a scheduled call.

Responsibilities

Research and build a target list of real estate developers in Delhi NCR (we'll hand you a starting list of 44 builders with contacts)
Identify the right decision-maker — typically the promoter, Director of Sales, or CRM head
Run cold outreach: phone calls, LinkedIn, email. Volume target agreed weekly.
Qualify the lead against a short checklist (active project, size, who signs)




Book the meeting into the founder's calendar and confirm attendance
Log every call outcome in the shared tracker, same day
Attend the demo calls you book, silently, and take notes
Requirements

Currently in school or college (any stream)
Based in Delhi NCR, or able to be for meetings
Prior experience selling something — a service, side business, sponsorships, event tickets, freelance work. Please name it in your application.
Fluent, skilled spoken and written English and Hindi
Own phone and laptop
Available minimum 10–12 hours per week, including at least 3 hours during builders' working hours (Mon–Sat, 11am–6pm)

Any exposure to real estate, proptech, or B2B SaaS
Comfort with spreadsheets and CRM tools
Compensation
Commission-only. No fixed stipend.

₹2,000 per qualified meeting booked, where the decision-maker attends (paid monthly)
