DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role




A Network Security Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with customers and sales teams to understand security requirements and design tailored network security solutions. They demonstrate product capabilities, deliver technical presentations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and ensure the proposed solutions align with both technical needs and business objectives. Their role is critical in building trust, showcasing value, and driving successful sales engagements.
This role will be reporting to Technical Manager
As the Pre-Sales Engineer , you will:
Engage with customers to understand their network security requirements
Design and propose tailored Infoblox DDI solutions that address customer needs
Deliver Infoblox technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate and compelling technical input
Work closely with sales teams to develop winning strategies and solution positioning
Build robust relationships with OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders
