Job Summary
We are looking for a YouTube Specialist to manage and grow our YouTube channel by developing engaging educational content strategies, improving video performance, and increasing audience reach, engagement, and subscribers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete YouTube channel, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.
Develop YouTube content strategies aligned with academic courses, student needs, and business goals.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify trending and high-performing education topics.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for better discoverability and SEO.
Monitor views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, engagement, and subscriber growth and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with content creators, faculty, video editors, graphic designers,



and marketing teams for timely video production and publishing.
Identify opportunities to improve existing content and increase organic traffic and channel growth.
Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, features, and best practices relevant to the EdTech industry.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, Analytics, and channel growth strategies.
Good understanding of educational content and student audiences.
Knowledge of YouTube Studio and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, communication, and content-planning skills.
Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging video ideas.
Basic understanding of thumbnail design and video content optimization is an advantage.
