About the Role
We’re looking for a SME Solution Consultant who understands accounting, communicates well, and enjoys talking to businesses.
This is an Inside Sales role where you’ll speak with SMEs, founders, and business owners, understand their challenges, and help them find the right solutions using Refrens.
You won't just sell software — you'll understand how businesses operate and help them work better.
What You'll Do
Talk to SME business owners and understand their business needs.
Identify accounting, invoicing and workflow challenges.
Conduct product demos and explain how Refrens can help.
Convert qualified leads into customers through inside sales.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales journey.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Work closely with Product, Onboarding & Support teams to ensure a great customer experience.
Own your pipeline, targets and numbers.
Who We're Looking For
B.Com / M.Com graduates or candidates with a solid accounting background.
Candidates with 6months–2 years of experience are welcome.
Good understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and online meetings.
Confident, curious and proactive.
Someone who enjoys understanding problems and finding solutions.
Interest in SaaS and technology is a plus.
