Looking for someone who can start conversations, build rapport, and turn interested prospects into booked calls.

We’re a digital marketing agency working with founders, entrepreneurs & business owners, and we’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our sales team.

? What You’ll Do

Reach out to potential leads through DMs, calls & follow-ups
Understand the prospect’s business and identify their requirements
Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile
Book qualified prospects directly onto sales calls
Follow up consistently with hot leads
Maintain lead updates in our GHL
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers
Track daily outreach, conversations & appointments

? What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in appointment setting / sales / lead generation in service industry
Robust communication & convincing skills
Comfortable speaking to business owners & founders
Good at building conversations rather than simply pitching




Persistent with follow-ups — without being pushy
Target-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Familiarity with GHL is a plus
Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
