nAre you a qualified CA/CMA who is ready to own the numbers, taxation and financial reporting of a growing multi-entity Group?
nQVC Group is looking for a high-calibre finance qualified to take ownership of Group Accounts, Taxation, Banking, Consolidation, Plant Costing & MIS across our growing business.
nThis is NOT a routine accounting or return-filing role.
nWe are looking for someone who can challenge numbers, solve problems independently, take ownership and provide accurate financial intelligence to the CFO and Board.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIESn✔️ Group consolidation across 5 legal entities
n✔️ Consolidated P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
n✔️ GST, TDS/TCS & Direct Taxation
n✔️ Tax assessments, scrutiny & litigation management
n✔️ Section 195, Form 15CA/15CB & foreign remittances
n✔️ Banking compliance, Drawing Power & Stock/Book Debt statements
n✔️ Working Capital & Treasury Management
n✔️ Group MIS & management reporting
n✔️ Plant Costing & Cost per MT analysis




n✔️ Audit, Internal Controls & Compliance
n✔️ Listed Company / SEBI / Ind AS exposure
n✔️ Leadership of an 8–9 member Finance & Accounts team
? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?nMANDATORY:
n? Qualified CA or CMA – Qualified candidates only
n? 7–12 years post-qualification experience
n? Strong multi-entity consolidation experience
n? Hands-on ownership of GST & TDS compliance
n? Experience with bank Drawing Power / Stock & Book Debt statements
n? Team management experience
n? Live SAP FICO / equivalent ERP experience
n? Willingness to travel to Durgapur plant fortnightly
