You will play a key role in identifying current business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through advertiser and agency partnerships.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, brands, and advertising agencies.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media buyers, performance marketers, agencies, and key decision-makers.n
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.n
- Present the company's advertising solutions, products, and partnership opportunities to prospective clients and partners.n
- Collaborate with internal account management, operations,



and delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution and partner satisfaction.n
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize business growth.n
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with accurate information.n
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.n
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, sales presentations, and business reports.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.n

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.n
- 0–6 months of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or digital marketing.n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.n
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.n
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or media
