WE’RE HIRING — AI PERFORMANCE CREATIVE SPECIALIST
We’re looking for someone who knows how to use AI to create high-performing ads, images & videos for performance marketing.
Not a generic graphic designer.
Not someone who has just started experimenting with AI.
We’re looking for a specialist who has already done this professionally and understands how to turn an idea into a scroll-stopping creative that actually sells.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating AI-generated ad creatives for Meta, Instagram & other platforms
• Producing high-quality AI images, videos, product visuals & UGC-style creatives
• Developing multiple creative concepts and variations for testing
• Turning products, briefs and references into performance-focused ads
• Working closely with our marketing team to improve CTR, conversions & ROAS
• Keeping up with the latest AI creative tools,



workflows and trends
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience creating AI ads for performance marketing
• Solid understanding of what makes an ad visually compelling and conversion-focused
• Experience with AI image & video generation tools
• Strong creative eye + understanding of branding
• Ability to move quickly and produce multiple iterations
• Portfolio of actual work is a must
