Role Description The Graphic Design Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based at INSD Surat. The faculty member will teach graphic design courses, deliver lectures, lead studio classes, and guide learners through practical projects and portfolio development. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and assignments, demonstrating design tools and techniques,



and providing constructive feedback and evaluation. The role involves mentoring learners on design fundamentals, digital design workflows, and industry trends, as well as supporting academic events, reviews, workshops, and exhibitions. The faculty member will collaborate with colleagues to maintain curriculum quality, update course content, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual communication.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Experience in digital and print design workflows, such as posters, logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral.
