Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving sales performance and growth across assigned showrooms. This role includes managing and mentoring showroom sales teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, implement promotional campaigns,



monitor market trends, and support merchandising and visual display standards. They will regularly analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with senior management on strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize profitability. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong background in sales management, retail operations, and team leadership, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail sector.
Proficiency in sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring, with the ability to analyze data and convert insights into action.
