We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern | Volody
Are you someone who can start a conversation with anyone, write an email that actually gets
opened, and turn curiosity into opportunity?

Volody is looking for a Business Development Intern, to join our team and help us build our presence in
the market.

This is a sales-focused role, but we promise it’s much more than cold calling and spreadsheets.
You’ll get a front-row seat to how modern B2B sales works—researching companies, reaching
decision-makers, understanding customer pain points, crafting outreach, joining sales conversations, and helping turn prospects into customers.

What you'll be doing
• Research and identify high-potential prospects
• Build targeted prospect lists and map key decision-makers
• Create personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn & calls
• Start meaningful conversations with prospects and qualify opportunities
• Join customer/sales calls and learn the art of discovery and selling
• Experiment with messaging, outreach strategies, and channels
• Keep our CRM and pipeline organized




• Share insights from the market with our sales, marketing, and product teams

What we're looking for

You should be someone who:
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is confident speaking with people you've never met
• Can write clearly, creatively, and persuasively
• Is curious about businesses, technology, and people
• Is energetic, proactive, and hungry to learn
• Doesn't wait around to be told what to do
• Is comfortable with targets and measurable outcomes
• Wants to build a career in Sales, GTM, SaaS, or Startups

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
What matters more is your ability to communicate, learn quick, take ownership, and make things
happen.
