We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive who can take ownership of financial planning, business analysis, MIS, cash-flow management, costing and financial controls, while working closely with the leadership team on business decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can understand the business beyond accounting and use financial data to drive better decisions.

Qualification
MBA – Finance preferred.
CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A;, financial analysis, business finance or commercial finance.
Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare,



pharmaceutical or other product-based organisation will be preferred.

Role Overview
The Finance Executive will work closely with the leadership team to provide financial visibility across the organisation.
The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, profitability analysis, cash-flow management, costing, working capital and business performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should be able to move beyond preparing reports and actually interpret the numbers, identify problems and recommend actions to management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
Own the company's budgeting and forecasting process.
Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Track actual performance against budgets and provide detailed variance analysis.
Analyse revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and profitability.
Develop financial models for business
