We distribute brands such as Golden Prize, Paldo, Tao Kae Noi, Noriko, Juzo, and Melosa across General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa, and Quick Commerce channels.

About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our Thane West office. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day bookkeeping and Tally data entry to support our growing import and distribution business.

Responsibilities
Daily accounting data entry in Tally ERP / Tally Prime - purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Maintaining vendor and customer ledgers and following up on reconciliations.
Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance.




Supporting GST-related entries and documentation.
Coordinating with imports, warehouse, and sales teams to match invoices and supporting documents.
Assisting with basic MIS reports and month-end closing support.

Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime in a similar accounts/data entry role.
Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals and basic GST concepts.
High accuracy and speed in data entry.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Based in or able to commute daily to Thane West.
Prior experience in FMCG, trading, or import-export companies is a robust plus.

Compensation: Rs 25,000-30,000/month, based on experience.
