Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to oversee and strengthen the risk management framework of our forex business. The ideal candidate will monitor market exposure, client trading activities, operational risks, and compliance requirements while ensuring the company's overall risk remains within approved limits. The role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with forex trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor real-time market, liquidity, and operational risks across the forex business.
* Analyze client trading behavior and identify unusual or high-risk activity.
* Establish and maintain risk limits, exposure controls, and escalation procedures.
* Monitor margin utilization, leverage, drawdowns, and overall portfolio exposure.
* Coordinate with the dealing desk and operations team to manage market volatility.
* Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly risk reports for senior management.
* Review risk events and recommend preventive measures to minimize future exposure.
* Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess potential market impacts.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to strengthen risk controls.
* Recommend improvements to risk management systems, policies, and processes.
* Maintain documentation related to risk assessments, incidents, and control measures.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of Forex Markets and FX products.
* Knowledge of market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
