We are looking for talented Architects and Interior Designers with experience in high-end Hospitality, Commercial, and Institutional projects. The ideal candidate should have robust design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and detailed design solutions.
Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and construction details.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialty consultants.
Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.
Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in high-end Hospitality, Commercial, and Institutional projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
