About The Role

We are seeking a talented and autonomous Animator to join our dynamic team working on an exciting VR project built in Unity for standalone headsets. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character and weapon animations that meet strict performance standards. You will take ownership of your assets from initial concept through to in-game implementation, working independently to rig, animate, export, and integrate your work into Unity.



The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hand-keyed animation, rigging, and Unity animation systems, with a passion for developing immersive VR experiences. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality animation and rigging work, with at least one full production cycle experience. Strong proficiency in Blender for rigging, skinning, and exporting FBX assets is essential. You should be familiar with Unity's Animator system, including state machines, transitions, parameters, and blend trees.
