Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, and brand assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, selecting color palettes, working with typography, and ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and content teams,



translating briefs into compelling visuals, preparing files for production, and iterating designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also help maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support long-term visual identity and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and ability to produce high-quality graphics for digital and print channels.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to ensure readability and visual balance.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a range of design projects.
Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
