Job Title: Real Estate Sales Advisor

? Location:- Delhi NCR
? Experience:- 6 Months – 2 Years
? Salary:-₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle sales, purchase, and leasing of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties.
Generate leads and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Negotiate terms and close sales and leasing deals.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and transaction processes.




Track market trends and maintain regular sales reports.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or Leasing.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals.
Knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of property documentation and transactions.
