Role Description The Senior Planner will be responsible for overseeing project planning activities for residential real estate developments in the Pune District. This full-time role includes preparing project schedules, defining milestones,



and coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution. The Senior Planner will monitor progress against plans, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include managing planning documentation, producing regular reports and dashboards for leadership, and supporting risk identification and mitigation strategies. The role also involves collaborating with external consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
