Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team at A-Square MEP Consultants. This internship offers a unique chance to work on real-world marketing campaigns, manage digital branding for a technical industry, and gain hands-on exposure to corporate-level marketing strategy within the MEP consultancy domain. You will assist in managing digital campaigns, social media pages, performance tracking, lead generation activities, and online brand visibility supporting the marketing and business development team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop, schedule, and post content across all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Create engaging posts related to company activities, achievements, project updates, and team culture.
Coordinate with the HR and business development teams for promotional and recruitment campaigns.
Track social media analytics and report on engagement, reach, and growth.

2 Lead Generation & Digital Ads




Support the execution of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing ad targeting, keywords, and budget.
Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve online visibility.

3 SEO & Website Management
Assist in updating and maintaining website content in coordination with the web development team.
Conduct basic keyword research and track website performance through tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Suggest on-page and off-page SEO improvements for better rankings.

4 Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Design and schedule marketing emails/newsletters using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
Help manage WhatsApp business communications and maintain a broadcast list for client updates and announcements.

5 Marketing Research & Reporting
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends,
