Role Description The Event Manager (Community Sports & Fitness) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing community sports and fitness events that align with client branding and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, coordinating venues, vendors, and partners, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing event logistics from setup to wrap-up.



The Event Manager will work closely with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders to promote events through social media and digital channels, drive participant engagement, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The role also involves evaluating event performance, preparing post-event reports, and recommending improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications

Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing community or sports/fitness events and handling on-site logistics.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and multiple events simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, partners, sponsors, and diverse participant groups.
