? We’re Hiring: Marketing & Content Strategy Intern | Hygena

At Hygena, we’re building India’s first hygiene brand designed specifically for bikers and riders.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to create content — but wants to build the marketing strategy behind a rapid-growing D2C brand.

What you’ll own
You’ll take ownership of Hygena’s content and social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other relevant channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and managing the overall content strategy and content calendar
• Defining content pillars, themes and formats for different platforms
• Ideating content based on the brand, target audience, trends and business objectives
• Developing concepts, hooks, scripts and detailed content briefs
• Planning and coordinating founder-led content
• Working with the founder to take content from idea → shoot → raw footage → final execution → publishing
• Ensuring consistency in Hygena’s brand voice, storytelling and visual communication




• Understanding platform-specific content formats and adapting content accordingly
• Tracking content performance and using insights to improve the strategy
• Continuously experimenting with new content formats, trends and growth opportunities

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is pursuing or has recently completed a degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• Has a genuine passion for marketing, content and brand building
• Has a genuine passion for biking, motorcycles and rider culture
• Wants to be part of the foundational team of an early-stage D2C startup and build something from the ground up
• Thinks strategically, has a strong creative instinct and understands social media beyond simply posting content
• Has a strong sense of storytelling and knows what makes content engaging
• Can take ownership, work independently and is comfortable working directly with the founder
• Is proactive, curious and willing to experiment, learn and take initi
