Role ObjectiveThe Technical Sales Manager will develop and convert business opportunities in the U.S. industrial market.
The person will identify relevant manufacturers, understand their technical or operational requirements, engage decision-makers, coordinate technical discussions, and manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal and commercial closure.
This is a hands-on sales role with clear expectations for qualified meetings, proposals, pilots, and revenue.




Key Responsibilities
- Identify U.S. manufacturers, OEMs, engineering companies, distributors, and industrial service providers.
- Build contact lists of plant managers, operations leaders, engineering heads, procurement leaders, project leaders, and business owners.
- Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, industry associations, and professional networks.
- Understand customer requirements for industrial products, custom manufacturing, engineering services, consulting, and technology solutions.
- Translate customer problems into clearly defined commercial opportunities.
- Arrange and lead discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Collect drawings, specifications, operating data, quantities, quality requirements, budgets, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate technical evaluation, costing, quotation, proposal development, and follow-up.
