n ROLE OVERVIEW
nWe are looking for a polished, confident, and guest-focused with strong experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate should understand refined service, possess excellent guest-handling skills, and have the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence,



and impeccable hospitality etiquette.n
- Create a personalised and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.n
- Understand guest preferences and proactively anticipate their requirements.n
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, table allocations, and guest requests efficiently.n
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and service sequence.n
- Deliver service in accordance with fine-dining standards and established SOPs.n
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, service, and management teams.n
- Handle VIP, regular, and discerning guests with professionalism and discretion.n
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, table presentation, ambience, and service.n
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.n
- Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and service quality.n
