About the Role /n

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead and manage the overall academic, administrative, and operational activities of the institution. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of NAAC processes, accreditation, Bangalore University procedures, admissions, academic planning, faculty management, and institutional administration .

Key Responsibilities /n

1. Academic Leadership

/n

/n
- Provide strategic leadership for all academic departments and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
/n
- Monitor academic performance, curriculum implementation, examinations, results, and student development.
/n
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty members, academic coordinators, and administrative teams.
/n
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and institutional goals.
/n

2. NAAC & Accreditation

/n

/n




- Lead and coordinate all NAAC accreditation and quality-assurance activities .
/n
- Oversee preparation of SSR, AQAR, supporting documents, data, and evidence required for NAAC.
/n
- Coordinate with IQAC and various departments for timely collection and submission of institutional data.
/n
- Ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative quality standards.
/n
- Handle NAAC peer-team visits, documentation, presentations, and compliance requirements.
/n

3. Bangalore University Coordination

/n

/n
- Should have strong knowledge of Bangalore University rules, regulations, academic procedures, and affiliation requirements .
/n
- Coordinate with Bangalore University regarding examinations, affiliation, academic matters, approvals, inspections, and other institutional requirements.
/n
- Maintain effective communication with university authorities and ensure compliance with university guidelines.
/n
